Blue Sunday at The Ramova Loft Ft. Young Rell

Come join internationally renown band leader, harmonicist, singer, songwriter and producer Matthew Skoller two Sundays a month at the Ramova Theater’s Loft, an intimate space where he and his band Chicago Wind will play two sets of music featuring a different Legend or Young Lion of the Blues world at each session! Matthew will interview each artist in between sets and the audience will be able to participate in a Q&A session during the “conversation”.

To kick off the first session of the Blues Masters Series, Skoller, on February 2nd, will be bringing in 17 year old Blues phenom Harrell ‘Young Rell’ Davenport from Richland, Mississippi. Young Rell has been taking the Blues world by storm over the last year and a half. A masterful multi-instrumentalist (Guitar, Harmonica and voice) this inventive and poetic songwriter is now booked from Maine to Switzerland and is about to release his debut album.
